Beautiful south facing, conservation view, family owned 4 bed, 3 bath executive air conditioned home with private extended 30ft x 15ft pool, underwater coloured lighting, Hot Tub, 51 inch Sony TV, Compaq Computer with FREE 24 hour internet access & five Sony TVs/DVD/CD players situated on THE premier resort style gated community in the Disney area 'Windsor Palms'.
Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet only 4 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop and shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
Our beautiful family home has been personally furnished throughout by ourselves to luxurious and unrivalled standards. The two master en-suite bedrooms boast king size luxury beds with pillow top mattresses and both benefit from their own 20" Sony TV and Sony DVD/CD Player. We also offer an additional 4 twin beds, again with luxury pillow top mattresses, Sony TVs and Sony DVD players.
We offer a separate beautifully crafted office desk with top-of-the-range computer (24 hour internet access is included in the rental rate), desk telephone, office lamp and executive black leather chair are all provided and compliment our executive and unrivalled furnishings. Seating, dining and comfortable padded patio furniture for 8.
Fans fitted throughout (including the lanai). Additional lighting has been installed to the pool area and to the front of the property for your safety and convenience. Electric garage door opener, DVDs/CDs/books and games provided.
Fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryers provided (one large, one small!). Towels and all linens provided (all our bed linen is at least 250 thread cotton and is professionally laundered at no additional cost).
Range of baby equipment provided including: portable crib, high chair, baby monitors and a bottle warmer. For the younger children, we have a children's table with 2 chairs for either dining, sitting, reading or playing games. Night lights are provided throughout the property for your children's comfort. The pool area is fully alarmed and safety bolts have been fitted to the patio doors for that extra piece of mind.

The villa is beautiful, the best we've seen in 12 years of coming to Florida. We definitely made the right choice. Our daughter loves the 51" TV, we thought we were spoilt at home with a 36" screen but this takes the biscuit.
