This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, watersports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are two cities within 30 minutes drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west and two major international airports close by – Alicante 25 minutes and Murcia's San Javia - 40 minutes drive. 4 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world. The property is one of a group of 3 villas on a small estate and is approached from the road via a private drive leading to the villa entrance. This Villa is ideally situated for those who want to get away for a quiet holiday. This villa is away from main roads and has the benefit of being a detached villa on a 2500sq metre plot which has enabled the owners to put in an 10x5 metre swimming pool and a large sun terrace. 5 minutes drive to the urbanisation of La Marina and 20 minute drive to the city of Elche on the Costa Blanca coast, you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it. ALL ON ONE FLOOR - The main entrance is into the spacious living room with settee and armchairs and is equipped with CD player and TV. The kitchen is separate and features a range of luxury built-in units with electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a utility area with washing machine and drying area. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect. In the main area of the villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs. Four bedrooms, two doubles, Four single also Sofa bed. Furnished to the highest quality. The main bedroom has a Double size bed and a full en-suite. There is another double bedroom and one with two single beds and one single bedroom. There is also a sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin. Second bathroom has shower, WC and wash hand basin. The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metre with roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun lounges, table and chairs, there is also a barbecue. Roof terrace, which is accessed by external staircase and has stunning panoramic country views. Alarm fitted for extra security. Its five minutes drive from the urbanisation of La Marina with a Large Supermarket and several bars some offering nightime entertainment, restaurants, and shops. A popular local market is held on Thursdays - again within 10 minutes drive of the Villa, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family. Spend the morning strolling past the stalls, stop for the odd refreshment or two and then buy a roasted chicken from the stall and venture back home for lunch. The location of this villa is perfect for a great family holiday. Set in its own grounds of 2500sq metres. At the side of the Villa is the 10x5 metre swimming pool and within a 12 minute drive you have the lovely sandy beach at La Marina stretches some 17 kilometres from Santa Pola to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. |
